Y'know, I guess I never really thought about that. Probably bad commentary on my part for not doing so. I guess I was just so incensed that they'd get a historical fact so fundamentally wrong that I overlooked it. I think I just figured that they used Frederick Douglass because he was black and Obama is black. So, Obama is Douglass? That doesn't really make much sense, seeing as Obama's the Senator from the land of Lincoln and all. Shit... Maybe that just goes as another black mark for Fox News, they can't even get a racial insult right. They would have done better to have pictures of Frederick Douglass and Mary Todd Lincoln, if they were truly dedicated to playing up the "black man v. white woman" aspect properly. I enjoy being an optimistic pessimist. I want everything to work out just ducky, but deep down, I know that it won't. Who is who? Y’know, I guess I never really thought about that.
