Mr. Rogers always creeped me out when I was a kid.
But I saw this clip awhile back and it made my day. So, on a day when we’re two days removed from what is supposed to be one of the happiest days of the year, when it seems like so much of the world is going to shit (Bhutto being assassinated, CIA Interrogation Tape Scandal, continued presence of Bush as President) I thought I’d pass it along to you in hopes that the wide-eyed optimism and big-heartedness of a man who simply wanted to help children grow and feel good about themselves brightens your day just a little bit.
