Very sorry to hear that you hate your 30′s. I bet you are just dying to get to the forties. I hope that you learn to get over the fact that people get older and things change in life as we get older. So maybe this helps, maybe not.

Hey Erik. You ought to look at the bright side. You are still 20 long years away from 50! It seems a bit unfair for me to comment since I am still 22 :p but I just couldn’t resist. But seriously, 30 isn’t the age to “decalcify” and “stop at yellow lights”. Come on, man. Spare some of that for 40 if not 50.

Postman, you are certainly optimistic in your comment that we are growing more intelligent as we age. I just had to burst out laughing because I can be so critical of my self. However, once I looked at your comment with a little more objectivity, I agree with you. I certainly know more now as I near the half century mark than I did when I was 30.

I’m turning 30 this December and I’m not a bit ashamed or hate it because I know that this is just part of our life cycle. We can’t stay young forever. The important thing is that we are growing more intelligent as we aged. Even, I’m turning 30, I always feel young inside of me. Just be cool and enjoy your life a lot more.

Ok!!! I don’t even what to hear about it! I’m one year away from turn 50 and I can only wish that I was turning 30. When I turned 30, my wife gave me the entire Beatles collection on cd. It was one of the best presents I ever received. Now that I’m 49 and ready to reach the half-century mark, I’m trying desperately to maintain a positive attitude about it. Now turning 40….for me, that sucked!
